Terms of use
Scope of the private Disskero AutoChat tool and its relationship with Instagram.
These terms describe an internal tool for the owner of @disskero. They do not govern a SaaS or create a service contract with followers.
1. Tool and operator
Disskero AutoChat is a private tool for self-managing the @disskero professional account. Its operator is Manuel Jesús Ramos Jiménez, an individual using the Disskero brand, not a company.

2. Internal use and current status
Administrative access is restricted to the authorized operator. There is no external customer registration, paid plan or sale of automation services to other businesses.
The official connection, own posts and configurations are managed through the dashboard. The receiver validates and records accepted events. Automated replies and messages are disabled as of the date of these terms; activation depends on operator authorization and Meta’s permissions and restrictions.
Following, commenting or reading these documents does not itself create a contract with AutoChat. Each resource is governed by the conditions stated in its context; these pages grant no additional licences.
3. Instagram, Meta and technical limits
AutoChat uses official Meta APIs. It is not an Instagram or Meta product and does not imply their endorsement. Third-party brands and services belong to their respective owners.
Availability depends on permissions, application mode, reviews and official API restrictions. A verified callback or subscription response does not itself guarantee receipt of all events.
Not every interaction is guaranteed to generate an event, uninterrupted service is not guaranteed, and planned features may not be enabled. These limitations do not exclude rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be limited.
4. Content and intellectual property
Rights in the operator’s software, design and content remain with their respective holders. Third-party comments and materials do not become Disskero’s property because they are received or read.
No public dashboard access or permission to bypass security controls is granted. This document does not impose a general exploitation licence on Instagram comments.
5. Security and personal data
The administrator must protect credentials and use access controls. Instagram users should not supply passwords, tokens or sensitive data to receive information or exercise their rights.
Data processing and erasure requests are described separately. Removing authorization in Instagram does not necessarily erase data already retained by AutoChat.
6. Changes and contact
The operator may maintain or modify the tool within Meta’s official terms and applicable law. Processing changes must be reflected in the privacy policy before implementation where required.
Purchase, payment, registration, minimum-term, customer-account termination and mandatory arbitration provisions are not included because they do not apply to this internal tool.
